This is support group for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents living with mental illness. Meetings are free and confidential, and are held bi-weekly in the NAMI office.

NAMI Connection is a weekly support group for those living with mental illness. It offers a casual and relaxed approach to sharing the challenges and successes of coping with mental illness. There is no need to register – just come to the 90 minute session when you feel like you need someone to talk to.  Meetings are Wednesdays from 12:00 – 1:30 pm in the NAMI office.
