iPad Raffle

We will be raffling off an iPad (9th Generation) with wifi access. This includes: iPad, USB-C to Lightning Cable, and USB Power Adapter. with 64GB.

Please fill out the following form for entry. Each entry is $20 each. After completing the form, you will be re-directed to a payment page.

The winner will be drawn on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 during our NAMI Family Nite Out event at 1250 Ridgewood Drive in Bowling Green. The winner does not have to be presented, but must pick up prize at the NAMI Wood County office no later than end of business day on Tuesday, December 5th at 5p.m. If it is not claimed by this day, a new winner will be drawn.
